Featuring ex Nitocris guitarist Jess Finlayson, The Mis-Made set guitars to catastrophic and burn the bejesus out of all in their way.
Kickarse she-rock that‘s like an intravenous jolt of 240 volt electricity.
What’s not to love... turn it up!
Recorded at Narrabeen during his recent Oz tour. The next best thing to being front and centre at a Ramones show. Blitzkrieg Bop is an anthemic classic and it totally ripped on this occasion. Hey Ho... MF
The first single from the upcoming EP. And what a beautifully infectious slice of polished pop rock it is. Harmonies to die for, melodies that you just can’t help but sing along to ...and we get to see the leccy guitar for the first time! What’s not to love! Oh and did I mention it’s produced by the legendary Wayne Connolly? - MF
Cath Grant is a Central Coast artist whose forte is traditionally the visual platform. Here she ventures into the musical realm and delivers a laid back, cruisy, affable slice of folksy melody with a message. MF
Hard to go past this one as an all time classic . Just as mesmerising in acoustic mode as it is in rock mode. Recorded at Sydney Opera House. August 11, 2019. - MF
Epic new video from Central Coast singer Georgie Fahey. Slick as shit production...an engaging, catchy as all hell creeper that takes a more rocky road than previous forays. And the video!!! Wow!

Little Quirks headlined the Jamberoo Music Festival July 29, 2019. Great crowd. Great set. Great song. Indulge!

Comprised of three parts Creatures of Raw Energy and one part Petal, veteran northern beaches musos Please Vote Now release their debut single Brainwashed Kids. The message is wrapped in a catchy punkesque punch that straddles serrated, edgey guitar and a snappy backbeat. Catchy as!

One listen to their last album Ruins and its hard not to fall in love with the gorgeous country tinged beauty from these two Swedish sisters. Fireworks is pure vocal and melodic awe.

Came across Niamh (pronounced Neeve) at a recent local festival for young artists. A 15 year old with an acoustic guitar and an angelic voice. This new release, however, is a whole other level! Beautiful, sad wafts that wash over you in an instant and have you reaching for the repeat button from the outset. Shades of Cocteau Twins and even London Grammar. Immaculate production and world stage quality. I dare you not to get hooked. MF
Recorded live at Narrabeen RSL, January 2019. Electro dance pop is what Machinations do best and this one is top of the heap. A drilling, infectious piece of 1980. MF
From his recent gig at Hardys Bay Club on the Central Coast. Still a classic after all these years...raw, ragged and Wreckless. MF
Cos we love Amy! This is one of the killer standouts from the excellent Love Monster album...gorgeous, addictive and as smooth as all hell. MF
From their latest album, The New New, Gorillaz bring us another catchy, brilliantly animated piece that drills its way into your grey matter from the very outset. Way cool! MF
Was lucky enough to access a demo of this a little while back. The finished product is another gem of a folk-tinged pop nugget. This one more pop than usual and it works! And when you add the visual element, it's even more infectious. MF
Home grown humble beauty. Catchy as all hell. Was lucky enough to catch her live at Mountain Sounds a few months back. What a talent! MF
Pure passion doesn't get any more awesome than this haunting, live rendition of what we reckon is an Imagine Dragons classic, at the 2018 March Madness Music festival. Just drips all over the canvas. MF
Haunting, dreamy throes from the stripped back version of Fast Cars a la 2018. Once a mod pop combo and nowadays more of a slick moodscaping entity that hovers around...dare I say... the more mature end of the pop spectrum. MF
A few years old now, but what a mighty track.
Shades of New Order, 80s synth, and a sheer, infectious, home grown, heart-felt beauty dripping from the outset. MF
...the beautiful frolicking, pop folkestry of Central Coast trio Little Quirks. A bit of a change of direction from their earlier offerings, this one is a tad more racey, but no less infectious. For fans of Corrs, Cranberries, Lumineers. MF
